Providing compassionate mental and behavioral health care to our South Sound community.

I have a passion for helping clients learn new skills for coping, communication, and problem solving. I encourage clients to find their strengths and to help empower them to achieve their therapy goals.

I work collaboratively with clients to create client-centered treatment plans. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques in the counseling process, I am able to tailor theoretical orientations to clients’ needs and goals. I pull from the following theoretical orientations: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, Client-Centered, Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
